Order from any website or ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS — just use our address. We receive and hold everything for you.

We unpack & organize

We open your boxes, pack everything into our heavy-duty bins, and send you a full inventory with every item tracked.

Drop Point Pickup or Dorm Room Delivery

Collect your bins or bags at our drop point on Thursday or Friday move-in weekend — or upgrade to Dorm Room Delivery and we bring it straight to you.

Beyond your service fee, the only charges are based on how much you ship. All one-time — no surprises.

$25 Per Filled Bin

We unpack your boxes and load everything into our large heavy-duty bins. Each filled bin is $25 — ship as much as you need.

$5–$25 Oversized Items

Rugs, mattress toppers, bed frames, mini-fridges — if it's too big for a bin we still take it. Priced $5–$25 depending on size.

$0 Monthly Fees

We never charge a monthly fee. Every charge is one-time only. You'll always know exactly what you're paying before you commit.

Both tiers include the full Ship Ahead program — we receive your packages, unpack everything, and organize into bins with a full inventory. The difference is delivery: Drop Point Pickup gives you two windows to collect your bins on move-in weekend (Thursday off-campus or Friday on campus). Dorm Room Delivery ($50 upgrade) means we bring everything directly to your room on move-in day.

There are two options: Thursday before move-in at an off-campus location, or Friday on move-in day on campus. Exact location details will be confirmed and shared with all registered customers closer to move-in weekend.

Your shipping address will be provided once you complete your registration. We'll email it directly to you so you can start shipping right away.

Yes! Order from any website — Amazon, Target, Walmart, IKEA, etc. — or ship via any carrier including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. If it ships, we can receive it.

We unpack everything and move it into our large heavy-duty bins. You'll receive a detailed inventory listing all items and tracking numbers so you always know exactly what we have.

Anything too large to fit in one of our bins — rugs, mattress toppers, bed frames, mini-fridges, lamps, large furniture, etc. These are charged $5–$25 per item depending on size.

Nope! Summer storage customers have the delivery fee waived. You'll still pay the per-bin and oversized item fees based on how much you ship, but the base service fee is on us.
